12 weeks!

Life is great in Charlieville. He is smiling away, moving every limb every which way, and beginning to laugh out loud. He is definitely a wee man now. He is growing like a weed, sleeping well, and appears to be loving life.
He made his first trip up Mt. Hutt on southern hemisphere's Fathers Day (6th September). Courtney's nickname on patrol is Big Bear, Jen is Mama Bear, so only fitting that Charlie was dressed in his Little Bear outfit. It was a gorgeous day.
Jen's folks are out visiting for 2 weeks. They came up the mountain with us to see where Courtney works and were able to be foot passengers on the Summit lift and reached the summit. Only to see the ocean from both sides, the Canterbury Plains down below and the majestic Southern Alps. I think it was Dad's first chairlift ride in 20 some years!!Don and Julie are enjoying their time with their new grandson. He has only laughed out loud at grandpa. I wonder what he was laughing at? Dad has yet to change a nappy, but is having fun. Mom is already spoiling him. Long may it continue!

All is well in the Wiedel camp. It is definitely spring time here. Tulips and blossoms out. Lambs and calves a plenty. Beautiful, beautiful weather!
Best wishes to everyone. Enjoy life while you can.
